You need access to specific tools to support our Contently customers. This article provides a list of required access rights for the newly trained agents supporting Contently.

Active Directory Account |
You should already have an Active Directory (AD) account. If not, stop here and ask your direct manager to request your AD credentials. |
Kerio VPN |
Follow the instructions to download and install the Kerio VPN client. Kerio VPN might have problems in some systems, so if you are getting some errors, this step can be completed later. |
PasswordState |
PasswordState is a password manager tool that helps share passwords among team members securely.Follow these instructions to raise tickets to get access to the product group:

Atlassian accounts are used for creating and managing Jira tickets for SaaS and Engineering Escalations, while Confluence serves as the platform for storing and managing internal Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs). | Contently Admin Account |
Check stories, impersonate accounts, create accounts, troubleshoot issues, and reproduce errors. To access the Contently backend (impersonation, account reset, etc.), go to contently.com/admin2. Create a ticket with Contently Support to get access. Provide full name and work email address. |
| Contently Freelancer Account |
Create and manage portfolios, and use Freelancer roles to assist with error reproduction tasks. Go to https://contently.com/register to create an account. |
| Sandbox Environment | https://snuffl.in/signin connects over OpenVPN. |

| OpenVPN |
Use OpenVPN for accessing internal tools like Metabase or Storybook Report Generator. Instructions on how to set it up are available here. Login credentials in Passwordstate. Warning: A maximum of 3 devices can be connected simultaneously. Disconnect your device when done to free access for others. |

| HoneyBadger | Used for application monitoring and error tracking. Login credentials in Passwordstate. |
| Datadog | Used for session replay - helps us see what the user did. Login credentials in Passwordstate. |
